It's a job.  It's an education.  It's a future.

Hennig’s apprenticeship program is a four year federally administered program through the Rock Valley Tooling & Machining Association (RRVTMA). Participating students are required to complete 8,000 hours of manufacturing training at Hennig (Machesney Park, IL) in parallel to schooling at Rock Valley College (RVC), which is paid for by Hennig. With your help, we are closing the skills gap in manufacturing.

Program Features

Our apprenticeship program is a paid program, with incremental increases as you become more proficient.
While enrolled in our apprenticeship program you’ll receive full benefits just as you would if you were a full-time employee.
One evening class per week at RVC, while working full-time at Hennig gaining real life experience.
We value your education and future, which is why all classes through this program are paid for by Hennig.
Our program is certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
